I have been waiting for this movie to come out for MONTHS! I absolutely loved the first one; Monster’s Inc. was a sweet movie for the whole family. This afternoon I saw that I was not the only one who was excited for it to come out. Groups of families , tween entourages, grown men, single ladies and little girls in tiara’s, all came out to see the Disney Pixar flick. I know that the movie was entertaining but in this installment we learned a lot about Mike WAZOWSKI and James P. Sullivan.
A few weeks ago I was at the theater watching the NEW Star Trek flick in 3D and I saw the preview for World War Z. I had seen the preview before and I’d said to Danny, Yeah I’m not watching that, it’ll give me nightmares. When I saw the preview in 3D that day, I almost choked on my popcorn when I saw the Zombies jumping out of the screen straight for moi. Oh hell no! I’m definitely NOT watching that! Guess what movie I went to go see at the theater last night with my niece? World War Z!
I remember catching episodes of Star Trek when I was younger and feeling completely lost. I never got into them and I never watched the movies. When I saw the preview for the first movie of the newer version of Star Trek, I thought the previews looked pretty good. When the movie came out I went to watch it. I was presently surprised as to how much I liked it.
Tuesday nights are Date Night for me and Daniel. Yesterday we went to go see the anticipated Iron Man 3. Before we went I asked my comic book loving co-worker if he had seen it or heard of how it was from someone else. He had not seen it yet but replied that regardless if the movie was so-so, it was Iron Man so he’d love it anyways. I am not a comic book lover but I do love me some Robert Downey Jr, he’s just such a talented actor.
I’ve always had a passion for the cinema. As a child I would read my books and act out parts in my bedroom; I think that is where some of my quirks comes from. When tickets were 6 bucks I used to frequent one of the local theaters to enjoy movie after movie, the air conditioning and the popcorn.
