My Pocketful of Thoughts

I hope that as the sun rises you are greeted with the most fabulous Friday ever.  With that said, may I be one of the first people to say HAPPY FRIDAY YAY! Today is the first of many postings to come of places to find some good eats.  I am sure I am not alone when I say breakfast for dinner hits the spot!

A few months ago I was introduced to Bill’s Drive-In in Monroe, CT.  Trust me when I say that I love food.  Breakfast especially.  However I am super picky about what I eat for breakfast.  Specifically how I like my eggs cooked.  Some might say its the Puerto Rican in me that likes them well done; touched with a toasty brown throughout.  So of course, as my boyfriend insisted on eating here, I was EXTREMELY skeptical!  I ordered a spinach, bacon and feta cheese omelet WELL DONE!  Can I tell you that I was sad when I was done.  Luckily for me, my dentist’s office is five minutes away from there.  So when I’m on my way to work after my visit, I stop and treat myself to that omelet.  I even stretch it out into lunch so I can savor its yumminess (yes this is a word 🙂 )  So, if you happen to live in the vicinity of Monroe, CT I encourage you to stop in.  I believe they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, but call ahead to make sure.  If you love it let us know in the comments section below.
